Originally founded in London, UK in 2015 as Hilborn Martin Associates Ltd (HMA), hma.coach brings together our legacy as HMA with our passions for coaching. We are a team of certified coaches with extensive experience in executive coaching, speaker training, and personal development. Our approach combines industry-leading methodologies with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by modern leaders.

Our
team
Our Executive Coaching, Speaker Training, and Storyteller Training is led by our founder Martin Killick. Martin spent his formative years in the British Army before transitioning to working with leaders in a number of large multinational companies. He founded hma.coach in 2015 to support leaders on their own growth journey.
He holds a BA(Hons) in Economics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, a MA from King’s College, University of London (KCL), and is certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation.
